Refund Policy

The return period is 30 days from the day you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, received the items.

For a valid return, the payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered, will generally be refunded within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or proof that they have been sent back.

Items should be sent back within 14 days of requesting the return. You are only responsible for any loss in value if it results from handling the items beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
