Returns & Exchanges

Email moonhug@outlook.com within 30 days of receipt.

Include your name, your order number and the items you'd like to return. You'll then receive the return instructions and the right return address.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of signs of wear. All original tags must be attached. Please use the original protective packaging where possible.

Once your return has arrived and been checked, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days to appear.

For a different size or color, also get in touch by email. Since availability may be limited, we can only confirm a direct exchange after checking.
