Shipping & Delivery
We pack every order with care and let you know as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Shipping to the US and Canada
Standard shipping to the US and Canada is free.
The estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Order processing
After a successful order you will receive a confirmation by email. As soon as your package has shipped, we'll send you another message with the available shipping information.
Order tracking
When a tracking number is available, you'll find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. Activation can take a few hours after handover to the carrier.
Damaged or missing delivery
If your package arrived damaged or was marked as delivered but is missing, please email moonhug@outlook.com. Include your order number and, for damage, clear photos.
